At 10mm, this tape is thin enough to do small areas, but wide enough to tape down your paper. Taping your watercolor paper down is the best way to prevent the paper from warping and buckling. This tape will hold a nice crisp line and rarely tears the paper when pulled slowly. If you do experience tearing with any tape, just apply some heat with a heat gun or hair dryer, and it will come right up.
